Pelican Location Sound was formed in 2017 by Sound Mixer Jonathan Berguno and later joined by Audio Utility and Sound Designer Adrienne Burns.
Jonathan Berguno is a New Orleans-based Production Sound Mixer. With over a decade of experience working in almost every genre including narrative, episodic, commercial, corporate, documentary, and reality. Understanding the importance of the sound department, Jonathan always strives to deliver the highest-quality audio on every production. In addition, he can troubleshoot any problems that arise while remaining calm. He is always thinking ahead to mitigate any sound or location issues that can become a nuisance while filming. He works with experienced and knowledgeable boom operators and utility technicians that share the same goal.
We are a full-service production and post-production business and have worked in the film and entertainment industry since 2007. Our post-production areas are ADR, dialogue editing, dialogue cleanup, re-recording mixer, sound supervisor, and foley engineer.
In addition to those services, we are dealers for many popular and trusted brands of audio equipment and microphones.
